I was surprised by this book...I completely love Jaclyn Moriarty's other books, The Year of Secret Assignments, The Murder of Bindy McKenzie, etc; but I didn't really enjoy this one. I think it was about 250 pages too long...and the fun, whimsical nature that I love about her writing really got bogged down in the length. I didn't enjoy the theme of infidelity which was part of the storyline for every character in the book, and I have no idea why this was classified as YA. Not that it was inappropriate for teens, but the content just was not relevant for that audience at all.
