Very well written. Deeply moving. Profoundly sad.

I definitely liked this book better than the 1st one. I felt like I really got to know the characters better & the story is getting more interesting.

! It is a nice book that captures how Africans are fighting for the God given resources it portrays how life is in the continent of Africa .-it is a good read

I am a real fan of Jodi Piccoult's books -- yet this one is my LEAST favorite. I don't think the characters are as well developed as in her other books.
