I enjoyed it just as much as Twilight. Again its hard to put the book down.

My 2-yr-old loved pointing out the farm animals and trucks/tractors while my 4-yr-old loved that the animals are saying the wrong sounds and driving trucks. And I thought it was fun to read. :)

I think I liked this book, but I thought it was a tough read. It is hard to get into. I had fun thinking of the movie and then comparing the personalities exhibited in the book. I say "I think I liked it" because for whatever reason I remember parts of the book still and think about them, so either way it stuck with me. Many people have mentioned the political undertones, and I guess you get the feel of them but I thought they were smartly integrated into the story, so they were not glaringly obvious nor detracting.
