I loved this story and it's flawed imperfect characters! It's a story about love but not a love story at all! It's also a story about flowers and their power! I will never again be able to purchase a bouquet without thinking about this novel and it's impact on me!

this book whas so touching. though the ending was predictable, it still was exactly what should have happened. it was fascinating to read about a time and place you dont often hear about.
