I love the way this is written. A short story that has staying power.
Jon and I read this with Briggs at night. He loves it, we are enjoying it as well.
Mitchell's fourth novel, which refrains from the more epic scope of Ghostwritten and Cloud Atlas, and more like Number9Dream focuses on one boy's youth, this time set in a small town in England (Worcestershire, I think) called Black Swan Green, and following a young boy's story. Very accessible, extremely well-written and clever, extremely poignant and as intertwined in the overall themes of the universe Mitchell has created. I love this book.
