This is between a 3.5 and 4 for me. Part of the story is so well developed, and the writing is amazing. Another part of the story didn't hold up as well for me. Review to come.

This is a wonderful story of how a little boy is changed through his caring and concern for the another person. A feel good book that was a pleasure to read. I am going to read more of Rumer Godden's books!

I only read the 2nd story, Dark Dream by Christine Feehan.
